Are you feeling exhausted? Battery running low? Maybe you’re overwhelmed by everything you have to do, yet still worry that you're not doing enough?

You might be on the edge of burnout.

Burnout is a universal feeling that can affect us all in different areas of life: at work, in a relationship or with a single task. It's more than just stress—it’s a cumulative feeling of pressure, exhaustion, anxiety and negativity.

Left unchecked, it can eventually cause long-term health problems.

Here's the good news. While we all feel it differently, at different thresholds, and for different reasons, there are active steps we can take to manage feelings of burnout and stop it from reoccurring.
