Jolynne Rydz, Impact & Alignment CoachJolynne is the founder of Brilliance Inspired, a Leadership Speaker, Self-Trust Coach and creator of the Leadership Positioning System, a practical framework that helps women move from self-doubt and overthinking to clarity, confidence and aligned action.
She challenges the traditional belief that leadership is about confidence or charisma, showing that authentic self-trust is the real catalyst for influence, impact and meaningful change. Her work speaks to the many women who have felt the pressure to prove themselves, fit a mould or carry it all, often at the cost of their own voice and energy.
Drawing on behavioural science, adult development and human dynamics, Jolynne equips women to reconnect with who they truly are, own their strengths and lead in a way that feels both meaningful and sustainable. She supports leaders and teams to create psychologically safe environments where people feel seen, valued and able to thrive.
As host of the globally reaching Magnetic Authenticity Podcast, and with more than a decade of experience across leadership development, culture transformation and people strategy, Jolynne has guided leaders across corporate, government and purpose-driven organisations to rethink leadership in todayβs complex world.
Her work is grounded in a simple belief: when women lead in alignment with who they are, they donβt just succeed, they create ripple effects that transform teams, cultures and communities.
