Join the next Quarterly Checkin with Jen Gautier on Thursday 31 July to offload whatβs weighing you down and clear the way for whatβs next.
In this session, Jen will help us detangle our busy brains and mentally "sift" through the ever-growing to-do lists.

This session will run for 1 hour. Feel free to join for all, or just some, if you need to hop off for other calls (we get it!).
- Intro & welcome (10 mins)
- Revisit your goals worksheet
- Evaluate progress and tweak where you see fit
- Ask our dedicated coach for help when you overcome challenges
- Optional: Knowledge sharing & Mentor Recommendations (15 mins)
