Want a calmer, more realistic way to map out 2026 β one that supports your energy, priorities and real life?
This session is about mapping out your year in a way that works β focusing on healthy habits, clarity and what you actually need in the season youβre in.
Instead of traditional goal-setting, weβll take a more holistic, supportive approach to the year ahead. We'll even zoom out to a birdβs-eye view of the year, mapping key dates, commitments and expected energy shifts β so you can plan with capacity in mind, not pressure.
What you'll get from the session
π Reflect on the season youβre in and whatβs realistically shaping your year
π Use the Wheel of Life to identify areas for focus or support
π Map key milestones, health checks, holidays and known busy periods
π Explore how you want to feel this year β not just what you want to do
π Identify healthy habit foundations that support your real life
π Be introduced to the Live List β a simple alternative to a to-do list, focused on joy, connection, courage, creativity and restoration
Youβll leave with clarity, relief and a grounded sense of direction β plus one or two gentle intentions you can actually carry forward.
