How to Play to Your Strengths
About this event
This event is available for VIP and Standard members.
What if instead of trying to repair your weaknesses, you put energy into developing your strengths and leveraging your natural skills?
Our strengths have the power to let us truly shine. But how many of us really appreciate (or even recognise) our unique talents?
We’re so excited to have Anne Koopmann deliver this event on 12 October, 7.30pm AEST. Anne is a Leadership and Strengths Coach and Founder of Lead Like YOU! Anne believes that strengths development is for everyone, from individuals and managers to partners and parents.
If you’ve ever struggled with comparison in the workplace or low confidence in your skills, this workshop is for you. We’ll help you identify your unique strengths and bring out your confidence, so that you can put your best foot forward in any area of life.
We discuss
Questions to ask yourself to help you explore your strengths:
- How to accept your ‘quirks’ as unique strengths
- The ‘name it, claim it, aim it’ framework
- The benefits of a strengths assessment
- How to sell yourself with confidence
- Using your strengths in your day-to-day life
