This event will help you reflect on the behaviours, people or situations that press your buttons and trigger you emotionally at work. We all feel moments of stress, frustration and overwhelm, however we can get stuck in unhelpful ways of reacting and relating to others.
Join us on Thursday 17 August as Executive Coach and Founder of Thriving People Consulting, Rebecca Christianson explores the latest neuroscience and psychology research into how our brain works.
Rebecca will share 10 common unhelpful thinking patterns that can get in the way of our ability to understand ourselves, influence others, be effective and feel good about ourselves.ย She will also provide some tips on how to shift your mind-set and reframe your thinking.
