Over the years she has partnered with Executive teams across the private, public, NGO and higher education sectors to define and lead cultural change, build leadership capability and implement organisational change through embedding employee experience principles. She is a trusted advisor to Executives, known for her warmth and authenticity, yet the ability to hold the mirror up to challenge thinking with positive intent. Her consulting and coaching work spans Australia, Asia, the UK and Europe, so she brings a global perspective.
Rebecca has been an Executive and senior leader herself across the private and public sectors in Australia, the UK and Europe, therefore brings her lived corporate experience to the work she delivers. Her superpower is stretching leaders to the edge of their thinking to support mindset shifts to enable them to play big in life. She has a Psychology background, thus brings deep people expertise to the table, and remains endlessly curious about makes others tick. She is an Adelaide hills dweller who loves being surrounded by trees, has a passion for travel, and daily meditation.
