Yet it is rarely discussed openly because senior leaders are expected to manage it professionally and privately.
Following previous Executive Pods, the next session will explore what happens when capable leaders disagree.

For senior executives and business leaders with 10+ years’ leadership experience, currently in roles such as:

- Chief Marketing Officer / Chief Product Officer / Chief Finanical Officer
- Board Director or Non-Executive Director (NED)
- VP / GM / Head of Department in orgs over 200 staff
- Head of HR / People & Culture Leaders
- Founder/CEO of a company over 50+ staff
