Did you know that 80% of She Mentors members say they frequently experience "moments of self doubt"? This is commonplace in a world where women are underpaid, undervalued and underrepresented in the workplace (it's not your fault!).

Usually our inner critic (or our “Shitty Committee” as Helen likes to refer to it) rears its ugly head just as we're stepping out of our comfort zones and holds us back from achieving career success, promotions in leadership roles, higher earnings and that all-important visibility.

Any of this sound familiar?

✔️ Negative self-talk before a big presentation; asking for that raise; proposing a new idea etc.
✔️ Second-guessing yourself & overthinking situations
✔️ Starting a sentence with "Sorry, can I just say..." or "This is probably a silly question, but…"
✔️ Not speaking up in meetings (even though you have a good idea!)
✔️ Feeling invisible, undervalued and overwhelmed
✔️ Believing everyone is more qualified / intelligent / confident / experienced than you
✔️ Not pursuing an opportunity unless you tick 100% of the selection criteria!✔️ Staying in a role way too long because you don’t have the confidence to put yourself “out there” and pursue a new opportunity

Confidence, just like any feeling, comes and goes, ebbs and flows, rises and falls. It's a habit that we can learn and cultivate

Join Executive Coach and People & Culture Specialist, Helen Storckmeijer on Wednesday 20 September for an interactive workshop that will help you refresh, revisit and redefine your values, purpose and set some inspired goals for greater confidence and clarity.
