This is a supportive, judgement-free space to think out loud, reflect honestly, and reset alongside a group of genuine, lovely humans ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ

Itโ€™s a chance to pause, check in with yourself, and reconnect โ€” not just with what youโ€™re doing, but how youโ€™re actually going.

Weโ€™ll start with a gentle reflection to help you look back on the past month, notice what supported you (and what didnโ€™t), and reset in a way that works with real life โ€” not against it.

โœ”๏ธ Notice emotional load, energy, and what youโ€™ve been carrying
โœ”๏ธ Connect with others in small Sharing Pods
โœ”๏ธ Choose one simple intention, habit, or boundary
โœ”๏ธ Ask for help, get perspective from the group, and find your next Mentor

Youโ€™ll walk away with:

โ˜€๏ธ Greater clarity (without pressure or perfection)
โ˜€๏ธ Fresh perspective from women who get it
โ˜€๏ธ A clearer sense of what you need more or less of right now
โ˜€๏ธ A practical way to support your capacity โ€” not stretch it

Weโ€™ll wrap up with group sharing and mentor recommendations, so you can book those all-important Mentor Hours to support whateverโ€™s live for you right now.

Rather than chasing goals, this monthly RESET helps you build the habit of checking in, adjusting, and responding to real life โ€” one month at a time.

Agenda

This session will run for 1 hour. Feel free to join for all, or just some, if you need to hop off for other calls (we get it!).

  • Intro & welcome (10 mins)
  • Reflection (5 mins) + Sharing Pods (10 mins)
  • Monthly Activity Review (5 mins) + Sharing Pods (10 mins)
  • Guided Intention Setting
  • Optional: Knowledge sharing & Mentor Recommendations (15 mins)
