This quarterly RESET Clinic focuses on regulation: understanding stress, recognising overwhelm early, and learning practical tools to help you steady yourself in real time.
We’ll explore simple ways to calm your nervous system, reduce emotional overload and support yourself through busy seasons.
You’ll leave with practical techniques to feel more grounded, clearer and better equipped to navigate whatever the year is throwing at you.
This 90-minute workshop is available exclusively for VIP members as part of our 12-month resilience program.

This session will run for 90 minutes. Feel free to join for all, or just some, if you need to hop off for other calls (we get it!).
- Intro & welcome (10 mins)
- Revisit your goals worksheet
- Evaluate progress and tweak where you see fit
- Ask our dedicated coach for help when you overcome challenges
- Optional: Knowledge sharing & Mentor Recommendations (15 mins)
