Quarterly Clinic: Restore Confidence & Self-Trust
About this event
*** This event is part of our 12-month VIP Resilience Program ***
By this point in the year, many women are running on empty — especially while navigating caregiving, health changes or unexpected life curveballs.
This Quarterly Clinic focuses on rebuilding confidence and self trust. in uncertain times. We’ll reflect on what’s been hard, what’s helped, and how to gently restore your sense of capability and self-trust.
Our members are women who show up every day—for their teams, their businesses, their families and their communities. But when you're navigating a business pivot, redundancy, workplace challenges, caregiving or unexpected life changes, it's easy to start second-guessing yourself.
👉 Why uncertain times can erode self trust
👉 The difference between confidence and trust
👉 How to replace self doubt with evidence from your own experiences
👉 Practical techniques you can use every day
👉 What to focus on in the next quarter
You’ll leave feeling steadier, supported and reminded that recovery is part of progress.
This 90-minute workshop is available exclusively for VIP members as part of our 12-month resilience program.
