As part of a paid membership, you get to book 2 Mentor Hours each month.
- If you're seeing 'greyed out' disabled Mentor Hour buttons, this means you have already booked someone. This resets on the 1st day of every month.
- If a mentor says 'Booked Out', the Mentor has already been booked by someone else
To edit your business profile, please login to the Membership and visit your profile by navigating to the top right-hand side drop-down menu. You will see 'edit profile' icons which gives you complete control over editing and updating your profile. If you have any issues with this, please email admin@shementors.com.au
Unfortunately we don't offer pauses during a membership. However, you are more than welcome to cancel and rejoin at a time that suits you better. We love it when members come back to us (they often do!) so rest assured you will always be welcome.
Please note, members who cancel and wish to re-join later will have to pay the current membership price, which may be more expensive. Legacy rates will not be carried forward.
Monthly Membership: Absolutely! You can cancel your membership plan any time throughout the month. Simply email admin@shementors.com.au or visit the Account section of your membership and choose 'cancel membership'. This will then deactivate your profile at the end of the billing period.
Annual memberships: If you choose to pay annually, you agree to a 12-month minimum commitment in advance. At the end of this billing cycle your membership will automatically renew for the same period of time, unless cancelled. If you wish to cancel, simply email admin@shementors.com.au or visit the Account section of your membership and choose 'cancel membership'. You will still be able to access the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

We are happy to offer you a refund on any membership purchased within 72 hours from purchase date if you change your mind. Please contact us to arrange a refund.
Our VIP membership option is billed on a month-to-month subscription basis, automatically renewing every 30 days. You can cancel this any time by contacting us or visiting 'Membership' via the top right-hand drop-down menu and canceling your subscription. Changes will take effect at the end of the billing period.
Our Annual membership option is billed annually. You will receive a reminder email before the next billing cycle. Changes take effect at the end of the billing period.
Mentor Hours reset on the 1st of every month.
Our team completely understands that some months are more hectic than others, so occasionally, we are more than happy to roll over your Mentor Hour bookings to the next month should you find you weren't able to use them. Please note, this won't occur on a regular basis, but we try and be as flexible as we can with our community.
Please allow 2-5 working days for a mentor to respond to the Mentor Hour request. If you don't hear back, please message admin@shementors.com.au and we will follow up. We will always make sure to replenish your Mentor Hour booking and refer similar mentors if the original request cannot take place for any reason!
We understand members can be busy, have prior commitments or don't feel as though Mentor Hour requests are the right fit. If this occurs, we ask that you please contact us at admin@shementors.com.au so we can notify the mentee, OR click on the 'Decline Booking' button at the bottom of the Mentor Hour request that is sent to your email.

Simply drop us an email at admin@shementors.com.au and we can help to switch over your account to a new email address.
Simply log in through the She Mentors portal, and head to the top right hand side drop down menu. By clicking on 'Membership', you will be redirected to your payment portal where you can update your billing information.
Our private Members' Facebook group is home to many updates within our community. At the start of every month, our team will post a dedicated thread for members to be able to share any of their upcoming offerings and services so that we can help to support you. Please note, outside of this thread, promotional posts will not be approved in the Facebook group, and we also discourage members from promoting their services in their Mentor Hours, unless their mentee specifically asks.
It's all about exposure and the more you put into our community, the more you'll get out of it. In order for members to know more about you, they have to see you in the community. This means commenting in the Facebook group, getting involved in the chat function during our live events, and posting your Mentor Hour pics in the Facebook group. The more people get to know your name and face, the more likely they'll want to connect with you for a Mentor Hour.
