This flagship leadership series, running from July - December 2026, will explore how women build credibility, navigate systems and create meaningful impact across workplaces, industries and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Through a combination of in-person Melbourne events, executive conversations and thought leadership, the series brings together senior leaders, founders, HR professionals and emerging leaders across Australia and New Zealand.

Most leadership events focus on surface-level networking or generic leadership advice. INFLUENCE combines:

Rather than “fixing women”, the series explores how influence is shaped by both personal communication and the systems people operate within.
